Stay Pretty Blvd Co – Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and hygiene products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on lip glosses, lip liners, or lashes once an order has been shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stayprettyblvd.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. Stay Pretty Blvd Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact their local post office or carrier to file a claim.

If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we are unable to replace or refund the order.
